- Für das Ausleihen von Sportgeräten ist eine Sicherstellung (Kaution) zu leisten. Diese kann ein Personaldokument, ein Kreditkartenbeleg oder Bargeld sein.
- Jeder Mieter haftet für eine ordnungsgemäße Rückgabe der Geräte bis zur Höhe des Verkaufswertes der ausgeliehenen Produkte.
- Im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist die kostenlose Möglichkeit, auf ein anderes Skimodell (Schuhe oder andere Sportgeräte) der gleichen Preisklasse umzusteigen.
- Bindungseinstellung: Das Team „Die 2“ empfehlen allen Skimietern den Abschluss eines Sicherheitsvertrags mit elektronischer Bindungsüberprüfung. (Kosten 15,-€). Bitte reservieren Sie sich dafür mind. 20 Minuten.
- Die Mindestleihdauer für Winterausrüstung beträgt 1en Tag. Wird eine Skiausrüstung erst nach 10:30 Uhr retourniert, ist der laufende Tag mitzubezahlen. Eine nach 16:00 Uhr gemietete Skiausrüstung wird ab dem nächstfolgenden Tag berechnet.
- Für alle Rechtsstreitigkeiten aus, in Zusammenhang mit oder in Bezug auf Reservierungen oder der Miete oder der Verwendung von Ausrüstungsgegenständen im Rahmen dieser Reservierung sind ausschließlich die nationalen Gerichte in Österreich zuständig.
English:
- When hiring sports equipment, it is necessary to leave a security
deposit. This can be in the form of personal I.D., a credit card
slip, or cash.
- All hirers shall be liable for proper return of the equipment up
to an amount corresponding to the sale value of the hired items.
- Once you have paid the hire charge, you are entitled, at no extra
cost, to change to another type of ski (ski boot or other sports
equipment) in the same price category.
- Checking ski bindings: the „Die 2“ team advise all hirers of
skiing equipment to sign a safety contract covering electronic
checking of ski bindings. (Cost: € 15.-). Please allow at
least 20 minutes to complete this important safety measure.
- The minimum lending period for winter sports equipment is one (1)
day. If skiing equipment is not returned by 10:30 am on the
following day, the hire charge for that day will be payable. The
charge for skiing equipment hired after 4 pm will be calculated
from the following day.
- Any disputes in conjunction with or with regard to reservations
or charges in respect of or use of items of equipment within the
framework of this agreement shall be settled solely by national
Austrian courts.

- Per il noleggio di attrezzature sportive è prevista una
cauzione, che può essere in forma di documento personale,
di carta di credito oppure di deposito in denaro.
- Il cliente garantisce per il ritorno dell'attrezzatura noleggiata
fino il valore intero della merce.
- Compresa nel prezzo del noleggio è la possibilità di
cambiare modello di attrezzatura sportiva di valore equivalente a
quella già noleggiata.
- Servizio attacchi: il team „Die 2“ consiglia gli
sciatori di provare gli attacchi elettronici (costo: € 15,00).
Si prega di prenotarsi per almeno 20 min.
- La durata del noleggio per le attrezzature invernali è di
una giornata. Se la merce viene restituita dopo le ore 10.30
viene addebitata l'intera giornata. Se il noleggio è
effettuato dopo le ore 16.00 viene addebitata la giornata
successiva.
- In caso di controversie legate al noleggio o a prenotazioni o
all'utilizzo di attrezzature sportive ci si attiene al regolamento
austriaco in materia.
